PKC Inhibition in UM (darovasertib)

Darovasertib is a potential first-in-class oral, small-molecule inhibitor of PKC. It is being evaluated in multiple clinical trials in uveal melanoma, including in combination with crizotinib, an oral inhibitor of c-MET, in patients with metastatic disease and as an adjuvant therapy in the pre-metastatic setting. IDEAYA is also evaluating single-agent darovasertib as a neoadjuvant therapy in primary uveal melanoma.
